The availability of Black-owned brands and products that serve the African American community is profoundly impacting the African American path to purchase. HellaBlack is an online marketplace for Black-owned enthusiasts, paving the path for the discovery of Black-owned brands and the availability to purchase those brands easily and efficiently for black consumers.

Task Overview

HellaBlack was looking for a developer to modify an existing WordPress theme and develop the functionality needed for a multi-vendor marketplace. While working on this project, I was given the task of integrating a simpler registration system with various steps, modifying a theme's pages to achieve the client's desired end results, creating a backend system that can automate and expedite the order process, and integrating other various components and user interfaces to the theme.
